PERFORMERS & FACILITATORS
High on Love Bhakti Festival is a space for heartfelt, devotional offerings rooted in the bhakti path. We welcome those who share from a place of love, presence, and service to the Divine.
We're seeking bhakti musicians who offer kirtan, bhajans, or kirtronica for our main stage and side stages. We're also seeking teachers of bhakti yoga who offer focused workshops, such as mantra chanting/singing, Sanskrit practice, or meditation. We'd love to hear about your offerings - please complete the application below.

VENDORS
We’re curating a small marketplace of offerings that align with the spirit of bhakti—handmade crafts, devotional art, nourishing food, sacred tools, and wellness goods. If your creations are rooted in love and intention, we’d love to hear from you.
Two vendor shifts available:
Choose between shorter daytime hours (10am-5pm) or full festival hours (10am-10pm). Learn more about each option on the application.
VOLUNTEERS
High on Love Bhakti Festival wouldn't be possible without the loving hands and hearts of our volunteer team. From setup to welcoming guests to holding space during the day, volunteers help weave the magic behind the scenes.
All accepted Volunteers receive a free pass to the festival in exchange for a max of 5 hours volunteering.
Please Note: Volunteer Applications close on March 31, 2026.
Lodging & Travel Collaboration Private Facebook Group
We’ve created a private Facebook group for festival goers to connect around lodging and travel!
Use this space as another option to offer or find a place to stay on Saturday, July 18, or to coordinate rides to and from Gabriola.
💬 Please Note: This is a community-led space — we won’t be moderating or managing accommodations. Please use your own judgment and take conversations to private messages.
